Professional Experiences

• 07/2021 – 02/2023: U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID)

  Develop a framework to monitor the implementation of administrative procedures in localities and ministries, including a control dashboard displaying real-time data on the national public service portal. Conduct a feasibility study for obtaining the desired data and check the correlation between attributes. Build a set of monitoring indicators, visualize the data, and estimate the weighting parameters to calculate a composite score.
• 03/2020 – 09/2021: National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control of Viet Nam

  Determine the necessary data for deployment and collection from local sources, integrating data from three sources. Address issues such as missing data and formatting errors. Develop a forecasting model using Python, build a database, and create a dashboard to present real-time data on a website. Provide daily reports and forecasts for the national steering committee for the prevention of COVID-19.
• 06/2016 – 03/2019: F. Corporation (Japan)

  Process real-time sensor data with 10-second intervals and one year of logged data, addressing missing and noisy data. Represent the system conceptually rather than physically. Engage in brainstorming sessions with the client. Apply various feature selection models, visualization techniques, and kernel methods.
