The conference is a place for recognizing achievements and exchanging new results obtained in the field of mechanics as well as domestic and international research orientations on this field. The conference aims to serve national construction and development, and to strengthen international integration. During this conference, Vietnam Association of Mechanics will simultaneously hold the Ninth National Congress.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #000080;\">The NCME 2022 expects to welcome about 400 presenters domestically as well as internationally from an estimation of 550 participants. All accepted submissions will be published electronically within a Conference Proceedings. Selected articles submitted may be published in a peer-reviewed Special Issue in some ISI journals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
